2011 Holiday Gift Program

Thank you for participating in WCC's Holiday Gift Program and for helping make this holiday season memorable for our families.

Sponsoring a family with our Holiday Gift Program is simple!

1.  Complete the form below or download form and return to Tivoli Sisko via fax at 310.846.4112 or email tivolis@westsidechildrens.org. 
2.  We will send you a short introduction to a WCC family, including the age and gender of each family member and a list of suggested items. 
3.  Use the list as a guide when purchasing your gifts. 
3.  Drop off your wrapped, labeled gifts at WCC's Slauson office between Dec. 12th - Dec. 20th.


We have provided guidelines for contribution levels below Please indicate your level of support:

  • Family of 2-4 (Contribution $250)
  • Family of 5-6 (Contribution $500)
  • Family of 6-8 (Contribution $750)
  • Four families of 2-4 or two families of 6-8 (Contribution $1,000)
  • Other  

    • Please wrap and label gifts with family names.
    Drop off gifts between Monday, December 12th and Tuesday, Decembber 20th.
